The International Vice-Chancellor of SMUMS is organizing an international webinar titled” Designing Immersive Learning for Engaging Student Learning Experience”
The international webinar on "Designing Immersive Learning for Engaging Student Learning Experience " will take place on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.IRST\ 6:30 am 8:30 am.
This webinar is organized in cooperation with the ECO International Cooperation Organization and aims to:
- Define immersive learning and its benefits in medical education
- Identify various immersive learning modalities (e.g., virtual reality, augmented reality, simulations) and their applications.
- Apply principles of instructional design to create effective immersive learning experiences
- Develop a storyboard and plan for an immersive learning module relevant to their teaching area
- Evaluate existing immersive learning resources, and tools and identify opportunities for improvement
Mr. Hasnain Zafar Baloch, Dr. Syed Ahmad Ahmadi, and Dr. Shahriar Eslamitabar will discuss the latest in the field.
